Fix BANP's max peer length

Don't allow more than 100 peers in BANP's list similar to ANP.

* spec.validation.openAPIV3Schema.properties[spec].properties[ingress].items.properties[from].x-kubernetes-validations[1].rule: Forbidden: contributed to estimated rule cost total exceeding cost limit for entire OpenAPIv3 schema

fixes this when adding support for egress
