Updates the repository README to improve rendered documentation and to document the required manual cleanup steps when upgrading from release-26.03 to the next release after the Kubeflow Dashboard 2.0.0 sync (issue #3469).
Changes:
- Fix Markdown formatting issues in the components/version matrix and several installation section headings/code blocks.
- Add version-specific upgrade notes for Kubeflow Dashboard 2.0.0, including explicit cleanup commands to preserve existing
Profileobjects and namespaces.
