AWS implements AwsIAMForServiceAccount profile plugin. in kubeflow/kubeflow@e50a853.
CI already pick up this change and release new change. We want to roll out this version. kubeflow/kubeflow#4751
e50a853 is the only change after 34aa47c which is the current version. Since the change is AWS specific and tested well. I think it should be safe to merge to v1.0-branch.
