Add notice to the README about how expensive the sorting operation is

In #232 @RaczeQ mentioned:

Also, I should probably add information that sorting is VERY expensive operation (4 hours for the Europe file, 50% of the time) and can be ommited with sort_result=False.

This is my best attempt to try to add it somewhere 👍
