Effect Telegram Bot

A Telegram Bot that effects your photo.

Requirements:

1. pip3 install numpy opencv-python python-telegram-bot python-telegram-bot[socks] --user
2. Set your telegramBot Token > line 15

Usage:

• Open a terminal and use below commands
• git clone https://github.com/kousha1999/Effect-Telegram-Bot.git
• cd Effect-Telegram-Bot
• python3 main.py

Use Tor Proxy or do not!

• If you want to use tor proxy first use: sudo systemctl start tor then comment line 20 and use line 21 [Usefull comments wrote in code]
• If you don't want to use tor proxy just comment line 21 and use line 20
