What's new?

• PR closes Transition between pages #1442
• added transitions between pages and replaced <router-view> with <nuxt> which is necessary in order for transitions to work. i believe it also fixes a lot of other rendering issues regarding page components. it is explicitly stated in nuxt docs to use the nuxt-component in layouts https://nuxtjs.org/docs/concepts/views/#custom-layout
