🧹 setup lint on main-nuxt

PR Before running lint workflow.

• Hound: cannot be configured with eslint > 8.0.0 (& ES2020)
• Reviewdog: still report warning even with the '--quiet' option

This PR is made to configure eslint on nuxt branch and add annotations (in Files changed) when it found errors.
