Is it possible to change type of string inside issuer?

When I create a certificate like this:

  const cert = new jsrsasign.KJUR.asn1.x509.Certificate({
  ...
  issuer: { str: "/T=TITLE/serialNumber=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" },
  ...
  });

It comes out like that:

    issuer Name SEQUENCE (2 elem)
      RelativeDistinguishedName SET (1 elem)
        AttributeTypeAndValue SEQUENCE (2 elem)
          type AttributeType OBJECT IDENTIFIER 2.5.4.12 title (X.520 DN component)
          value AttributeValue [?] UTF8String TITLE
      RelativeDistinguishedName SET (1 elem)
        AttributeTypeAndValue SEQUENCE (2 elem)
          type AttributeType OBJECT IDENTIFIER 2.5.4.5 serialNumber (X.520 DN component)
          value AttributeValue [?] UTF8String xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I want the type of the string xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx to be PrintableString instead of UTF8String.
How can I achieve that?

I tried to manually create it:

  const test = new jsrsasign.KJUR.asn1.x509.X500Name({
    array: [
      [{ type: "T", value: "TITLE", ds: "utf8" }],
      [
        {
          type: "serialNumber",
          value: "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx",
          ds: "prn",
        },
      ],
    ],
  });

which gives me the correct hex value I need, but when I try to assign it via issuer: test I get the error ReferenceError: attrTypeAndValueStr is not defined.

      [{"type": "T", "value": "TITLE", "ds": "utf8"}],
      [{"type": "serialNumber","value": "xxxx","ds": "prn"}]
  ]});
  ...
