Additional contens for .gitignore

When we build Keras CV from source codes, the following files are created.
Hence, I think these file names should add into .gitignore.

 **.bazelrc**
**bazel-bin**
**bazel-keras-cv**
**bazel-out**
**bazel-testlogs**
**wheels**
