Update to latest version of card.io

Card.IO is now at version 5.3.x which as some major changes to the way the static libraries work:

Update and get working with rnpm

Remove the script that unzips the current (massive) static lib.

Should fix #21

Hi @rogchap, I just found this project and it looks pretty great -- is it still in development? It's been a little while since any updates, so I want to make sure before I consider using it. I'm curious about this issue in particular, as well as Android support.
