Testing Steps

1. Copy config.yaml

$ sudo mkdir -p /etc/rancher/k3s && sudo cp config.yaml /etc/rancher/k3s

2. Install k3s
3. Enter into root
4. Snapshot save
5. List the snapshot that has been saved
6. Get the etcdsnapshotfile and verify that SIZE and CREATIONTIME are not empty
