Hi, it depends on your use case. So i cannot say yes or no.

This project simply offers id token issuance and its refresh, issuance of blind rsa token, and a jwks service.

Keycloak has much much more features in production grade. But it was overkill for my other projects requiring only id/password authentication and token issuance. In such a case, this might works.
