[📝 Docs]: fix: correct typos in .github/TRIAGE.md

While reading the triage guide I noticed a few small but genuine typos / formatting glitches:

• specifty → specify (page heading)
• status status: Available → status: Available (duplicate word)
• Asses → Assess (triage-process bullet)
• infeasable → infeasible (closing bullet)
• ´announcement´ → announcement (wrong quote style)
• Add missing period at end of Slack-announcement sentence

None of these change meaning, so no ADR is required. Please assign this issue to me; I'll open one short PR that fixes all of the above.

I realized that TRIAGE.md belongs in the .github repo rather than the website repo, so I have created the PR here. I also resolved the issues found in CONTRIBUTING.md.
