Can't run after installation

When running `soli` immediately after installation I get the following error:

```
thread 'main' panicked at 'Solc version unavailable: SemverError(Error("unexpected end of input while parsing major version number"))', src/main.rs:1154:40
```

Any idea what could be wrong?
