This is the release build for version 3.4.0.

Functional changes:

Fix capture problem with DSLogic
Fix FFT process to avoid crash with short buffers
Add support for devices based on MSI2500 (e.g. VTX3D card )

Non-Functional changes:

Switch to NSIS installer
Add portable ZIP
Fix flatpack issues
