Add direnv setup instructions

I like this 👍 I also use direnv + kube-ps1.

But there is one problem: when you leave the direnv directory, the prompt still remains with undefined values:

$ cd
direnv: unloading
(⎈|N/A:N/A)
~

Do you know how to workaround this?

You can fix this behavior by disabling the ps1 string for the default shell:
Add this to .zshrc:

export KUBE_PS1_ENABLED=off
