Dispatching a string payload from the redux debugger

Hey,

I believe that there is a bug when you try to dispatch an action with a string payload button. Looks like this:

Okay, I just mentioned that it should work without setting the " double-quotes. However, this causes an exception to happen as a string can't be parsed with JSON.parse.
