- Pick latest parent POM with build flow fixes
- Core dependency is upgraded to 1.580.1, because we need this version to implement SimpleBuildStep https://github.com/jenkinsci/pipeline-plugin/blob/master/DEVGUIDE.md#basic-update

Do not do this. Rather fix any actual Javadoc errors. Typically there are not many and it only takes a couple of minutes. warnings can be disregarded.
