2. Enable New dashboard view
3. Visit dashboard

Expected Results

The system message is visible somewhere

I've analyzed this issue and found the root cause.

Root Cause

The new dashboard view (new-view-page.jelly) is missing the system message display that exists in the old view (index.jelly).

In the old view, there's a systemmessage div that renders app.systemMessage using the markup formatter. In the new view (new-view-page.jelly), this section was never added - only the view description (editableDescription) is present.

Proposed Fix

Add the system message display to new-view-page.jelly inside the app-build-content div (around line 138), before the editable description. It would follow the same pattern as the old view - checking if app.systemMessage is not null/empty and rendering it with the markup formatter.

Does this approach look correct? I can submit a PR if confirmed.
