Reproduction steps

1. Display permission configuration
2. Hover over Discover

Expected Results

Show the following content:
ジョブの発見を許可します。匿名ユーザがジョブを参照する権限がない場合、ジョブのURLにアクセスしようとすると、ログインページにリダイレクトします。この権限がない場合は、404エラーを返します。

"権限" is pronounced "kengen".

Actual Results

Show the following content:

I know how to do pull requests and Maven builds,
and I'd like to make a pull request.
However, since I'm using Jenkins, I don't know how to take GitHub actions myself or how to set up my own environment. Is there a guide somewhere on how to do this?
