Use a supported framework for the sample application

The sample React application included in this repository is created from the Create React App instructions. Those instructions are now deprecated. The sample application should be recreated with a framework as suggested in the React documentation. Since Jenkins documentation is moving to use Vite, that might make React Router a good framework choice.
