Workbench: Missing "task-balance" option in combo

In Workbench, when .ega file is open, there are 8 tasks in the combo ("task-cluster" ... "task-trains"), but "task-balance" is missing.

Balance is a "command". The tasks (near the bottom of the EGA file) are sequences of commands. I provide a few default tasks that run common sequences of commands. If a user does want to run just a balance,then they can create a new task called that. I don't want to create too many of these by default.
