Attempt To Edit Config File Opens Temp File

Installed Watson on OSX 10.15 but there appears to be no config file.

Running watson config -e opens up an empty temp .ini file at:
/private/var/folders/yd/32hjk8h534d4x8m5dn5c8vz80000gn/T/editor-3m7nu8am.ini

I tried explicitly setting WATSON_DIR="$HOME/Library/Application Support/watson" along with creating a config file with the sample contents from the documentation, but to no avail!
