Proposed Changes

  1. LINQPad - Adding popular .NET scratchpad tool that supports macOS (Apple Silicon). It provides instant feedback for .NET development, LINQ query testing, and database connectivity. The standard edition is free, making it valuable for .NET developers on Mac.

  2. Podman Desktop - Adding open-source container management tool as an alternative to Docker Desktop. It provides graphical interface for managing containers and Kubernetes, is completely free and open-source, and has growing adoption in the container ecosystem.

Both entries are added in alphabetical order within their respective sections and follow the repository's formatting conventions with proper icons.

Further Comments

Both tools are well-established in their respective domains and provide valuable functionality for macOS users. LINQPad has official macOS support as of recent versions, and Podman Desktop is a CNCF project with active development.
