remove bitbar & update Xbar's description. Tell people xbar is a new bitbar.

Proposed Changes

BitBar is Deprecated and it had been deleted from the English version, I deleted BitBar from the Chinese verison and updated the Description of XBar.

There’s no official announcement explicitly stating that BitBar is deprecated. However, its current state is quite unusual:

• The BitBar homepage (https://getbitbar.com/) now redirects to https://www.onechildnation.com/, which appears to be an unrelated or possibly suspicious website.
• Visiting https://github.com/matryer/bitbar redirects to https://github.com/matryer/xbar.
• Both BitBar and XBar are projects by the same author, who has stated that XBar is essentially a reboot of BitBar.

So while BitBar hasn’t been formally marked as deprecated, it’s clear that XBar has replaced it.

Besides, BitBar was already removed from the English version of awesome-mac in #1394.
