Proposed Changes

This PR adds television to Developer Tools > Command Line Tools.
This is open source software which I hope can be useful to some devs who mainly work in the terminal.

Television is a fast and versatile fuzzy finder TUI.

It lets you quickly search through any kind of data source (files, git repositories, environment variables, docker images, you name it) using a fuzzy matching algorithm and is designed to be easily extensible.

@alexpasmantier Do not wish to add a command-line application because it does not meet the needs of the general user base.
