Add Lasso window manager

Proposed Changes

I would like to add Lasso to the list because users seem to love it (it has 4.9 rating on the Product Hunt) and it's a more advanced version of a similar app called Divvy which is not maintained anymore and does not support modern Apple processors. The app is actively maintained, native, and has a nice and simple UI. Thanks for consideration.
