install.sh: do something with existing .bashrc?

Move the existing `.bashrc` to `.bash/extra`? What about `PS1` etc.? Those would override the Tilde prompt. Maybe only move it if it is now a known "as-installed" file. Very brittle and not future-proof, obviously.
