* Upgraded the minimum CMake version to 3.5. * Added scanning for Homebrew's PostgreSQL installation directories. * Verified the installation of the Intl package. * Changed dynamic library suffix to `.dylib` on macOS. * Replaced the deprecated `-undefined dynamic_lookup` with `-undefined suppress`.
