[Bug] Can't Load Persian Subtitles

Describe the bug

When i try to watch a video with Persian subtitle in invidious subtitles don’t appear
Additionally when i try to download it shows "Internal Server Error"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a persian video (example)
2. Turn on captions or try to download it

Sorry the instance maintainers are not in charge of the public instances. Report this bug to the owner of the instance.

This is not instance-specific. I tested on all public instances listed in the docs. English subtitles work fine, but Persian ones do not.
