Cannot 7702-delegate to certain address 0xEbC922048B0215351f8A72C431EE86Bf75017FeB

While building a demo app for 7702 upgrades, the address 0xEbC922048B0215351f8A72C431EE86Bf75017FeB could not successfully be delegated to. Holding everything else constant, other contracts worked. The problematic contract worked once I updated the source code to include a receive function and redeployed it at 0xadC0e11403eB0802aeF8B64d510e88b084e55aF2. There's nothing in the EIP specifying restrictions on the types of contracts that should be able to serve as 7702 delegates, so I'm wondering if there's a bug in Odyssey's 7702 implementation?

Update: This may actually have been a bug in viem. From the 7702 telegram group: "viem's experimental signAuthorization sometimes generates one of the r,s,v parameters with leading zeros and that produces a validation error on the [Geth] node. This is fixed on Viem. Pls update". Will update if I get a chance to test this theory.
