Location questions

I recently upgraded to v5 on MacOS, and I also use Mountain Duck on my work laptop with Windows.

I have some Mac questions:

• Is it possible to change location names to just the shortcut? I used CloudMounter with the Apple File Provider framework before I switched to Mountain Duck, and at the time that was a limitation of AFP.
• Is it possible to display locations on the desktop using Integrated mode? IIRC, CloudMounter implemented these as aliases or symbolic links created on the fly. This has already been requested in Feature request: desktop shortcuts #17014.
• I see an option to enable Integrated mode both in the app sync settings and bookmark settings.
  • How do these two settings interact?
  • If Integrated mode is enabled for the app but Smart Sync is set in a bookmark, does that connection not use Integrated mode? (I'm guessing yes.)

I understand that integrated mode uses AFP, which forces some changes. However, I have some applications configured to use folders on network drives, and it would be helpful if I didn't need to update folder locations for those to switch to Integrated mode. If this is a limitation of AFP, then I'll need to make a feature request to Apple.

Related note: In Adobe Bridge, I need to navigate to ~/Library/CloudStorage/ to see connections. I don't know if that is a Bridge or Mountain Duck issue. Most apps use the Apple file browser, and I'm able to see Mountain Duck connections as Locations.

Note: synthetic links may accomplish what I want (i.e. create a link to a connection in the /volumes folder). I created Favorites pointing to the locations in Bridge to make it easier to find them.
