Desktop version usable by multiple users

Fixed problems with usage of one desktop client by multiple users.

Sync fixed and stable

1. Synchronisation process fixed and improved: now it's not only for the last client; we double-check all the data created in client.
2. New desktop auth model which makes possible to use desktop application as delayed proxy-server with multiuser support.
3. Lots of features: statistics, smart markup converter and much more.
4. Desktop now uses portable memcached for tasks display.
5. Desktop now uses ffmpeg for media conversion.
6. Database model has changed to support "grant" structure.
