This is work in progress, but creating this PR now so you can track it if you like.
The example now gets the hlsjs-ipfs-loader module from unpkg.com instead of the user having to build it.
The old audio example has been replaced with a Big Buck Bunny video (small, for now), which has been pinned in the gateways.
