Description
There are a few things needed to support large file uploads well
- updated to ipfs-api@v25 with fix: fix >150mb bodies from crashing jhiesey/stream-http#93
- fix js-ipfs 2mb upload-limit (hapi file upload default) Uncaught Error: Payload content length greater than maximum allowed: 1048576 js-ipfs#1638
- fix upload indicator (ipfs-api to go-ipfs, shows zero progress until it jumps to 100% on completion)
