Arduino 101: provide access to internal SPI bus

It would be nice if ZMRAA provided access to the internal SPI bus on Arduino 101 so that the internal BMI160 could be accessed.

Hi @jontrulson , a simple example is now a part of ZMRAA (more work needs to be done on that though). Also as you already know I have tested the internal BMI160 with your code. I will add the prj.conf file for that if it hasn't already been added.
