Hello! This pull requests adds an input plugin for Riak. It gathers data using the built-in Riak HTTP stats endpoint, ex.
http://127.0.0.1:8098/statsThe plugin gathers the metrics that Basho recommends in their documentation, specifically based on the collectd configuration they supply. All measurements are collected as integers, measurements of time being given in nanoseconds.
I'm a new contributor to the project and believe I have completed the necessary steps, including signing the CLA, providing a plugin README, etc. Please let me know if I've missed anything, I'm happy to amend the PR.
