During the review of #2315, it turned out that the latest release of Playwright, 1.53.0 at the moment, is breaking the Svelte test suite. The latest 1.54.0 alpha doesn't seem to fix it, so for now we prevent Playwright from upgrading further than 1.52.0 until it's either fixed or we change the test (
tests/svelte.spec.ts).
