Mobile: Gestures dead zone in asset viewer

Gestures doesn't work at lower area of the screen in asset viewer when toolbar is active.

1. Open any images or video on immich mobile app
2. Make sure the toolbar is active
3. Try swipe or click on lower area of the screen

There is a possibility that this gets fixed once #21545 is merged. Let me test this later to confirm it
