I have searched the existing issues, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate report.

The bug
in the new Manage location utility the year selector doesnt go all the way to the start of my timeline, my library goes all the way up to 1993 and the selector only to 1996

- IDK... have a very old library
- go to utilities > Manage location
- open the dropdown for the year an it should not go all the way down to the first year of the library
