I have searched the existing issues, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate report.

The bug

Under the following conditions, the memory display is temporarily lost, causing the UI to break and the screen to flicker.

• When the app is first launched
• When you tap your profile photo to open the settings window

Reproduction steps

1. Close the app completely, including the background, and then restart it.
2. This happens momentarily after loading is complete.

1. Tap your profile photo on the screen showing your timeline and memory.
2. When the settings window opens, your memory will disappear briefly and then return to normal.
