When clicking on an asset in the find large files utility, the asset is not linked to any tag.
When I view this asset in the timeline or by searching the file, a tag is linked.

Sorry for the lack of details. No, I meant this feature: https://immich.app/docs/features/tags/
The "Add" button is present but not the tag attached to the asset.

Same issue here, I was quite confused at first as I was reviewing a large video, added a missing tag, went to the next and failed click which made me come back to the previous one and the tag I just added wasn't showing up.
