Agenda session materials pop-up is rendered poorly on mobile

Describe the issue

On the meeting agenda, clicking the three-dots icon and opening the meeting materials on a mobile device in portrait mode (i.e., narrow window width) leads to a very poorly formatted display. See the screenshot but:

• text date "Monday, July 21, ..." is wrapped to about 3 characters by 10 lines
• location ("Tapices") is formatted in a very tall box
• "agenda" / "slides" / "minutes" are unevenly spaced vertically due to wrapping

We probably need a different sort of UI for this pop-up at narrow widths.
