Feature Request: Enhanced RFC Datatracker History Visualization

Description

I propose adding an enhanced visualization for RFC history pages (e.g., https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/rfc8628/history/) including:

• Interactive timeline view for revision events
• Filtering by event type (e.g., IESG approval, Last Call, updates)
• Hover tooltips with metadata for each event
• Exportable CSV/JSON of history events

Benefits:

• Easier tracking of document evolution
• Improved readability and accessibility
• Better support for researchers and implementers

Graphic timeline view is on the document's main page. There's been no other call for filtering event types - such a thing could be done via api/v1, and json of the events can be obtained with api/v1. What specific metadata would be useful in tooltips? (Date is already present).
