Remove Richards module #32107
Description
Motivation
I believe no one is using Richards, as its functionality has been fully replaced by PorousFlow. For legal and scientific-reproducibility reasons, I wanted Richards to be part of MOOSE, but now those reasons are no longer relevant.
There is still useful information in the documentation, however, viz
- modules/richards/doc/theory/theory.pdf
- modules/richards/doc/tests/tests.pdf
- modules/richards/doc/user/user.pdf
I wonder whether these three files could be moved to the PorousFlow doc directory, and then the Richards module can be removed.
