• Added "Microseconds" option with factor 0.000001
• Added "Nanoseconds" option with factor 0.000000001
• The dropdown now has 4 options: Seconds, Milliseconds, Microseconds, Nanoseconds

2. Created packages/app/src/components/__tests__/NumberFormat.test.tsx

• Tests verify all 4 time unit options are present in the dropdown
• Tests validate correct factor values for each unit
• Tests verify user interaction (selecting different units and applying changes)
• Tests cover the NumberFormatForm and NumberFormatInput components

Technical Details

The time conversion uses the factor property in the NumberFormat schema, which is already handled by the existing formatNumber utility function. The factor multiplies the input value before formatting:

• Seconds: factor = 1 (no conversion)
• Milliseconds: factor = 0.001 (converts to seconds)
• Microseconds: factor = 0.000001 (converts to seconds)
• Nanoseconds: factor = 0.000000001 (converts to seconds)
