Not convinced by this but also don't have strong feelings against. A Divider does what it says on the tin, adding a title is imo not it's purpose and as a user I wouldn't expect a Divider to also support titles. To be versatile we'd then also have to offer control over various font options. So unless someone else has a strong opinion about this and wants to actually implement it, I'm -1 on this.

A Divider divides, right? Seems like labeling what is in the division is semantic information that could be useful for screen readers, etc. Can't it accept Markdown same as usual that lets you determine the font options?

Definitely not, at that point we're implementing an impoverished Markdown pane unless we also add all the configuration options associated with that pane. You're converting me from a mild -1 to a strong -1 here.

A division divides two sections which may have semantic meaning but the divider itself doesn't have any content, so I'm struggling to make sense of this.

Right that makes more sense to me, SectionHeader or something has the correct semantics.
