PR #32199 adds a RESOURCE OWNERSHIP section to the CLI help text for helm install and helm upgrade, documenting the ownership annotations (meta.helm.sh/release-name, meta.helm.sh/release-namespace) and the --take-ownership flag behavior. This troubleshooting entry complements the CLI help by providing a user-friendly error resolution guide.
