Trying to compile sdl2-gfx-master 8532ccf with GHC 9.8.1 on Windows yields the following error:

E:\work-pl\haskell\code\sdl2-gfx\src\SDL\Raw\Helper.hs:84:10: error:
    Couldn't match expected type: TyVarBndr Specificity

It can be fixed via template-haskell-compat-v0208
