The wayback machine provides the modified time reported by the original server at time of archival via the x-archive-orig-last-modified response header. This change sets the downloaded files modified time to that value if available.

The wayback machine provides the modified time reported by the original server at time of archival via the x-archive-orig-last-modified response header. This change sets the saved files modified time to the value reported by the wayback machine. This may be a partial fix for #174 (doesn't set creation time).
I don't know ruby at all but this seems to work for me.
